1. Booking & Confirmation

  • Reservations: All bookings made through our website are subject to availability.

  • Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed only when you receive a valid confirmation notification (via email or WhatsApp) or a booking voucher.

  • Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate information during the booking process, including contact details and pickup locations. We are not responsible for service failures caused by incorrect information provided by the client.

2. Payment Terms

  • Methods: Payment for services must be made via the methods accepted at the time of booking (which may include Cash on Arrival, Credit Card, or Online Transfer).

  • Currency: Transactions are processed in the currencies displayed or accepted by our representatives.

  • Price Changes: Prices listed on the website are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the booked rate.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Client Cancellation: You may cancel your booking by contacting our support team.

  • Cancellation Windows:

    • Free cancellation is generally available up to 24 hours before the scheduled trip time.

    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the trip start time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Refunds: For pre-paid bookings, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. For “Pay Later” bookings, no charges will be applied if cancelled within the free period.

4. Trip Changes & Unforeseen Circumstances

  • Modifications: Almaza Travel reserves the right to alter itineraries, change routes, or cancel tours due to force majeure events (e.g., extreme weather, government restrictions, or mechanical issues).

  • Provider Cancellations: If we must cancel a tour, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund of any amount paid.

5. Health & Safety

  • Participation: It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they are medically and physically fit to participate in the chosen activities (e.g., diving, safari).

  • Compliance: Clients must follow the safety instructions provided by guides and drivers at all times. Almaza Travel is not liable for accidents or injuries resulting from a client’s failure to follow safety protocols.

6. Limitation of Liability

Almaza Travel acts as an agent connecting travelers with third-party service providers. While we carefully select our partners, we accept no liability for loss, damage, or injury caused by the acts or omissions of third-party operators, except where mandated by law.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Egyptian courts.
